Hamilton, Judy Faye Donovan, age 58 of Concord, went home to be with the Lord Thursday evening September 12, 2002, at Park West Hospital. Judy was a member of West Park Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. Many sought her out as a consoler and counselor over the years. She was loved and will be missed by all. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Geneva Donovan; brother, Claude Donovan Jr.; Survivors: sons and daughters-in-law, Kent and Lynn Ray, Chris and Laura Hamilton all of Knoxville; daughters, Michelle Ray, Leanne Ray both of Knoxville, Jill Ray of Raleigh, NC, and Rachel Hamilton of Nashville; grandchildren, Heather, Amanda and Brandon Nix, Chase Dyer, Jack and Luke Ray, Matt Wheeler; Christopher and Christen Hamilton; husband, Larry Hamilton of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Mary Donovan of Knoxville; sister and brother-in-law, Madge and J. O. Stapp of Knoxville; several beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Tomberlin officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Park Baptist Church, 8833 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37923. Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel is serving the family of Judy Donovan Hamilton.
