Robert Newton Gregory , 90 of Maryville died Tuesday June 14, 2005 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in WW II. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years: Cinda Jane Gregory . He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Joseph Wade and Ardell Gregory of Gatlinburg, William Jackie Drinnen of Georgia; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family and friends will meet at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Townsend June 16, 2005 for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service with full military honors conducted by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at their convenience after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday June 15, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville.
