UNDERWOOD TRULA E. (SNYDER) - age 93, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday January 27, 2005, at Life Care of Jefferson City. She was a member of Paw Paw Hollow Baptist Church, also a member of Order of Eastern Star Kodak Lodge. She is retired from Standard Knitting Mills.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bob and Mollie Snyder, sister Millie Ruth Snyder, brother Raymond Boyd Snyder, husband Omer T, son, J.T. and granddaughter Katie Underwood.
Survived by her daughters and son-in-law Ila Ruth Sampson, Marvin and Harold Lane; sons and daughters-in-law Paul and Linda, David and LaFern Underwood; 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Burford and Gertrude Snyder, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 6:00 pm Saturday at Gentry-Griffey Chapel Rev. Ronnie White and Rev. Kim McCroskey, officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:15 pm Sunday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 2:30 pm interment service, the grand daughters will be pallbearers. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Family will receive friends 4-6 pm Saturday at Gentry-Griffey Chapel.
