She was a member of Sunset Heights Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, James French ; parents, Sam and Sue Smith ; five sisters; two brothers. Survived by her children, Jim (Lisa) of Sevier County, Robert (Mylina) of Clinton, Mike (Janis) of Sevier County, Glenda Brock of Knoxville; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sisters, Lorine, Dot, Nadean (Bill); several nieces and nephews. The family will receive family and friends at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Saturday.
