Jones, Dorothy E., age 77, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 at UT Hospital with her daughters by her side. Preceded in death by: husband, Troy William Jones; son, Mark C. Jones; aunt, Mildred Atchley.
Survivors
Survivors include: daughters, Sue Jones and Glenda Walker; grandsons, Tristan Walker and Matthew Jones; great grandchildren, Mercedes Walker and Chandler Butler; brother, Donald Sibbett, and wife Dorothy; special cousins, Tom, Julia, and Missy Atchley, Patt Atchley, and Codie Robinson; several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Memorial donations may be made to your favorite animal charity.
Service
The Jones family will receive friends in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Wednesday, February 13, 2008 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., funeral services to follow immediately, with Rev. Steve Sexton officiating. Interment services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Greenwood Cemetery; family and friends will meet in the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr. 865-689-8888.
