Resided in Seymour, TN
Lee Sims (Wallace), age 55, of Seymour, joined our heavenly father on Sunday, December 06, 2015. He was employed by USF Holland, where he worked for 25 years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, which he enjoyed doing with his brother and several close friends. He spent most of his weekends with family and friends on Douglas Lake.
He was preceded in death by his father, Grady Sims.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Lisa Sims; four daughters, Cara Stennette, Heather Johnston (Danny), Linsey Perry (Nick), and Leah Sims; his four grandchildren which he adored, Marley, Baylee, Addi, and Trenton; his mother, Mary Hodges Sims, and his brothers, Tim Sims (Regina) and Randy Sims (Sherry). Lee also had numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He will be greatly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know him.
The family will receive friends 4-6:45 PM Thursday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Rev. Gerald Perry and Rev. Dwight Singleton officiating.
