Author: Nelson Morais
SEVIER COUNTY-A Cosby man was killed when his 2004 Honda went off the side of U.S. Highway 321 in Sevier County and hit a tree, on Tuesday, Aug. 21, the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported.
Jimmy E. Dixon, 51, of Tree Road, in Cosby, was apparently driving west on the highway when at about 5:30 a.m. when his vehicle went off the right side of the road. Dixon overcorrected, it crossed the east bound lane, spun around, and then hit a tree on the passenger side, Trooper Ernest Marion reported.
