Blanche Marie Forner , 79, of Dandridge, died Sunday, February 6, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her husband, James (Jim) Forner ; sister, Ruby June Seagle; and brother, Aubrey Samples. She is survived by her son, J.B. Forner of Dandridge; daughter, Marie Owens of New Market; brothers, Jerry Samples of Dandridge, Clyde Samples of Newport, and J.L. Samples of Georgia; sisters, Hazel Seagle of Newport, Geneva Douglas of Newport, and Hattie Roberts of Indiana; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Manes Funeral Home - West Chapel, with Rev. Dale Hayes and Rev. Junior Loveday officiating, with burial in Union Cemetery.
