Manilla was a member of Alder Branch Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her father, Herman Seagle and mother, Velma Seagle, brothers, Earl Seagle and wife, Ruby June Seagle and Tommy Seagle (Korean War). Carl Buck Seagle and wife, Joan, Ralph ‘Babo’ Seagle and wife, Glenda Seagle, Herman Seagle Jr.and sister, Eleanor Seagle. Survivors include her husband, Monroe D.’ Andy’ Anderson, son, Tim Anderson and wife, P.J. Anderson, grandson, Marcus Anderson, sisters, Alice Ogle, Nellie France and husband, Gene, sisters-in-law, Vera Seagle and Hazel Seagle, brother Lee Roy Seagle and wife, Linda, very special niece Beulah Allen and husband Gary, special nephew, Harold Seagle and wife, Francis. Services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Harkleroad officiating. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in Allen Cemetery.
