During World War II, he served his country as a Major in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Gwen G. Rawlings daughters, Martha Kelsey of Clarksville, Tenn., Lori Schotman of Babson Park, Fla., Kathy Myers of Jupiter, Fla. sons, Fred P . Rawlings III of Lexington, Ky., Lee Rawlings of Babson Park, Fla. 10 grandchildren, and a sister, Helen Baker of Winter Haven, Fla. Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2003, at the Babson Park Community Church in Babson Park, Fla. Cremation is scheduled with interment at Shiloh Cemetery in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. The date and time of the interment will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Babson Park Community Church Memorial Fund, PO Box 35, Babson Park, FL, 33827, or to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL, 33823.
