Francis Mildred Hurst, age 68 of Sevierville, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010. Mildred had a knack for making the people around her feel special and she could convince you that you could do just about anything. She loved life, her family, friends, and her parrott, B.J. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, gardening, and taking care of her animals. She was appreciative of even the smallest gesture done in her behalf. Her humor and wisdom will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Willie Ralphine Reagan; brothers, Houston and Bobby Reagan; and sister Charity Louise Brown.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years Paul Hurst; son and daughter-in-law Larry and Melinda Hurst; daughters and son-in-law Katherine Hurst, Lesa and Randy Hickman; grandchildren Brandy Tramel, Josh, Cassandra and Kelsey Hurst, Stephanie Cordell, Keith Whaley and Kristi Rose; great-grandchildren, Logan, Dillon and Dakota Tramel, Lanndon Hurst, Jessica and Shannon Markley; brothers and sisters-in-law Charles and Teresa Reagan, Kenneth and Barbara Reagan, who, as Mildred said, ”would crawl through fire to do whatever she asked”, and Ronnie Reagan; sisters and brother-in-law Pauline Worley, Lola Maples, who she loved with all her heart; and Kate and Randall Campbell; several nieces and nephews.
