He was preceded in death by parents, Theodore and Daisy (Leatherwood) Emert; brothers. Wayne and Jack, and sister, Helen Moss. Survivors include three children, Carolyn S. and Edgar Jones, Michael D. and Vickie Emert, Nancy E. and Jeffrey Rubio; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, one sister and brother-in-law, Thelma And John Knight. A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Delbert Raines officiating.
