TAYLOR , PAT ( MAUDE ) - age 74 of Knoxville, died Saturday, December 15, 2001 at her home. She was a member of Walden's Creek Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by parents, Tobe and Margaret Patty; husband, Joe V. Taylor ; brother, Coy H. Patty. She is survived by daughter and son in law, Sandra T. and Benny Harper, Powell; sisters, Lois Starkey, Lyons, Ill., Kathleen Drinnen,Sevierville; sister and brother in law, Frances and Gene Parton, Sevierville; brother and sister in law, Loye A. and Gladys Patty, Wenatchee, Wash.; many nieces and nephews; special friend and caregiver, Kelley Self. The family would like to especially thank Dr. David Durbin and his nurse, Angie LaRue for their special care. Family and friends will meet at the main entrance to Greenwood Cemetery at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday for a 2 p.m. graveside service and interment. Rev. Dale Berry will officiate. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Ave. at Broadway.
