  [S142] Newspaper Article, The Arizona Range News (Willcox, AZ), 3 Oct 2007. Larry Hart passed away at his home in Hacienda Hts, Calif., of cancer. He was born on Oct. 31, 1943. His parents are Ernest and Betty Jo Hart, who preceded him in death. Larry is survived by his wife, Linda; and children, Alan (Dawn) Hart and Lisa Hart. His siblings are Tim (Norma) Hart, Philip (Doris) Hart, Johnny (BJ) Hart, and Joanna (Rich) Hall. Larry graduated in 1961 from Willcox High School, salutatorian of his class and was the first athlete to be president of National Honor Society. He lettered in four sports and set track records and then Larry went to Westmont College on a track scholarship. He then taught biology at Nogales High School in California for over 35 years. He had just retired and joined a woodworking club and was making beautiful bowls, vases and other wood projects.
