LANE, JESSIE MAE ALLEN - 98, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday June 24, 2006 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. She was a charter member of Shady Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Milles Mack Lane; children, Charles, Robert (Buzz), Jeri, June and Dottie Jo; grandson, Alex; and great granddaughter, Tara. She is survived by: sons, Bill and wife Irene, Knoxville; Andy and wife Ella Mae, Kodak; Ronnie and wife Carolyn of Strawberry Plains; and daughter-in-law, Emma Lane of New Market; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. The family extends their gratitude to the nurses and staff at Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care that was given to their Granny. Funeral services 8:00 pm Monday at Fielden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Arthur Pedigo officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Shady Baptist Church for interment. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Monday prior to the services at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market. 865-475-3468.
