Clarence Houston Moore, age 83, of Seymour, passed away, Thursday July 4, 2013. Born November 9, 1929, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later on retired from the City of Knoxville Fire Department after 36 years of service. He was also a member at Meridian Baptist Church for 55 years.
Clarence was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy Newman Moore, father, James Earl Moore, and step-mother, Bess B. Moore.

Children: Steve Moore and wife Patricia, Debbie Longmire and husband Danny, Tim Moore and wife Jennifer
Grandchildren: Randell Moore and wife April, Chris Longmire, Billy Longmire and wife Tina, Isaac and Meredith Moore
Great grandchildren: Houston and Owen Moore, Vada and Ava Longmire
Brother: Victor Moore and wife Nancy
Sister: Virginia Berkley and husband Charles
