Carol Jean Ogle, 69 years old of Maryville, went to be with our Heavenly Father on March 6, 2007 at 10:00 p.m. She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years: JC Ogle; daughter: Michele; parents: Walter and Minnie Kirkland; brothers: Ralph, Howard, and Roy Kirkland; sister: Aileen Tipton. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Terry and Betsy Ogle of Maryville; step son and step daughter-in-law: David and Sissy Ogle of Knox; step grandson: Travis Ogle; Step Granddaughter: Christina, step great-grandson: Dante Bumbee; brothers: John and sister-in-law, Mary Kirkland of Maryville, Clyde Kirkland of Maryville; sisters: Nan and brother-in-law: Hillard Watkins of Maryville, Louise and brother-in-law Ellis Click of Maryville, Mary and brother-in-law Kenneth Whaley of Louisville; 14 nieces; 6 nephews and a host of great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 8:00 p.m. Friday at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Manis, and Rev. Johnny Davis officiating. The family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family request in lieu of flowers donations to be made to Memorial Funeral Home to help off set the funeral expenses.
