DUNLAP, LEONA - 89, lovingly know as "Memi Dile", of Strawberry Plains, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 2, 2007 at 11:45 am. She was a long time member of Midway Baptist Church and attended Sunset Heights Baptist Church for many years where she loved her church family. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Lawrence Dunlap; parents, Sam and Lucy French; brother, Jim French; and her daughter's father, George Dile. She leaves: daughters, Margie (Ken) Bailey, Wanda (Charles) Mills of Strawberry Plains; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Nellie French; special aunt, Willie Russell; several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the entire staff at Life Care Nursing Home. Funeral service 8:00 pm Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Fielden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Burl Covington and the Rev. Ronnie Leek officiating. Interment 2:00 pm Thursday in Pollards Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday prior to the services at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
