He is survived by his devoted wife, Hattie Dezsray Fehmie ; a daughter and son-in-law, Jimmy C. and Wilma Jean Webb of Seymour; son and daughters-in-law, Roy and Barbara Latham of Seymour and Norma Latham of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, William A. "Bill" and Bonnie Morgan of Walland; granddaughters and husbands, Sandy and Del Adams, Darlene Finchum, all of Seymour, Brian and Wanda Ogle of Sevierville and Lisa Latham of Knoxville; grandsons and wives, Rusty and Terrie Webb, Benny and Kathy Webb, Danny Latham and Richard Latham, all of Seymour, Mike and Melissa Latham of Spring City, Dairel, Jr. and Dawana Latham of Knoxville and Scott Latham of Maryville; great-grandchildren, Nathan Reed, Lacie Finchum, Chelsie and Jamie Wevv, Justin Whitney and Hailey Latham, all of Seymour, Brian Lee and Barbara Lynn Ogle of Sevierville, Tiffany Tyson and Tyler Latham of Spring City, and Kelsey, Kayla, and Kristen Latham of Knoxville; nieces, nephews and many friends. The family received friends Saturday, January 30, 1999 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at The Highland South Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services followed the visitation with Rev. Chester Latham officiating. Family and friends will gather at graveside at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 1999 at Highland South Cemetery for the interment service. The grandsons will be Pallbearers.
