Ruby Elaine Patty Ellis Graves age 95 of Alcoa, passed away Wednesday, September 02, 2009 at home. She was a member of Millers Cove Baptist Church. In 1936, she moved her membership to Maryville 1st Christian Church. She was a 25-Year Member of ALCOA with 40 years of service. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and fishing. Preceded in death by: 1st Husband, John H. Ellis; 2nd Husband, Lee R. Graves; Brothers, Hubert D. Patty, Ben Patty, and Conley Patty; Sister, Edna Duncan; Infant Great-Granddaughter, Summer Leann Ellis. Survivors included: Son & Daughter-in-law, David & Lynda Ellis of Alcoa; Stepson & wife, Johnny & Ruth Ellis of Strawberry Plains; Step daughter, Mary Ellis Beal of Mountain View; Step Children, Glenise Graves, Larry Graves, and Helen Graves; Grandchildren, David & Kim Ellis, Daniel Ellis, Julie Ellis, Joseph & Belinda Ellis; Great-Grandchildren, Cari Ellis, Eric Bell, Alex Bell, Kendall Ellis, and Karsyn Ellis; Brother, Calvin Patty; Sisters, Lola Wooten and Grace Hatcher; Caregiver, Marilyn Daugherty.
