He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, and sons Johnny, Jr., John David, Charles Walter, and Dennis Wayne Hayes. Survivors include his: Wife: Evelyn R. Hayes Son: James (Cindy) Hayes 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren 2 Brothers and 4 Sisters A memorial service will be held in Mountain View Cemetery at a later date.
