She was the owner of B.J.'s Florist since 1977 and Simply Snooty Boutique since 2010. She was preceded in death by her mother, Geneva Massey Waters, and father Charles G. Massey. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Ron Franklin, step-son, Vincent Ray Franklin (Michelle), step-granddaughter, Katie Mae Franklin, special aunt, Maedell Vance, special cousin, Tina Vance and numerous others and many special friends. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Wednesday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for graveside service and interment with Rev. Steve Rogers officiating.
