Shirley Eugene Lowe, age 76 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2007. He was self-employed and retired from Lowe’s Construction.
He was preceded in death by father Cas Lowe, mother Sarah Lowe, brothers Jay and L.A. Lowe, and sister Wanda Grant.
His survivors include his:
