Survivors: loving wife of 33 years: Dardnella Lowe; sons: Rick Lowe of Oliver Springs, Jerry Lowe and Eddie Bowen of Knoxville, Randy Dickens, Timmy Philip and Mike Lester of Ohio, Jeffery Lester of Georgia; daughters: Betty Jane Justice of Oliver Springs, Drema Lowe of Sharps Chapel, Debbie Valoven of Ohio, Jill Campbell of Florida; brothers: Danny and Russell Lowe of Sharps Chapel, Rev.
