Preceded in death by: parents, Anna Mae and Albert Lowe , Sr.; husbands, James Cox and Robert Coley; daughter, Ellen Cox ; sisters, Reba Maiden, Flora Lee Wilson, Jeanie Kelly; and brother, Paul David Lowe . Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, J.J. and Vickie Cox of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Amy and Ed Cox ; step-grandchildren, Steve, Jake and Tori Brantley; sisters, Ezzie Garner of Seymour, Peggy Lawson, Mary Weaver, Janice Putnam, June Smith, all of Knoxville; brothers, Albert Lowe , Jr., Russell Lowe and Danny Lowe , all of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews; very special friends, Harley and Mildred Bledsoe. Funeral services 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Hawkins Chapel with Rev. Taylor Adams officiating. Interment in the Dixie Lee Church Cemetery.
