Survivors Sons, Lynn and Dwayne Headrick of Knoxville; son and daughter-in-law, Melvin and Teresa Headrick of Vonore; granddaughter, Ashley Headrick of Vonore; sisters, Joyce Burnett of Knoxville, Kathleen Woods of Madisonville; brothers and sisters-in-law: Carl and Mary Loveday; Bruce and Brenda Loveday of Knoxville; Winford and Wanda Loveday of Vonore; brothers David and Raymond of Knoxville; many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Hillcrest South nurses, doctors and whole staff. Service Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Memorial Gardens on Monday for 12 Noon graveside services. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at their convenience on Sunday afternoon at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
