He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jack and Laney Fish and Paul and Mattie Williams; uncle Larry Fish, aunt Sue Fish and uncle Gordon Fish and uncle Charles Foland. He is survived by his parents Edward Lee Williams and Peggy Ann Williams; brother Phillip Dale Williams and sister Mellissa Williams. The family will receive friends 6:00- 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Brown Funeral Home.
