He is survived by his father, James Watts; brother, Ricky Watts; sisters, Teresa (Joel) Brooks and Regina (Steve Wilbur) Sams; nieces Roni Renee (David) Hurst, Rachell (Jesse) Ashby, Alison Brooks; nephew, Rodney (Casey) Suggs; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday, October 12, 2015, with a memorial service following at 4:00 pm at the Church of God of the Union Assembly, 116 Brookfield Drive, Newport, TN.
