He was preceded in death by his parents, John “Bud” Ellison and Dorothy Burgin Ellison. He is survived by his sisters, Tammy (Edward) Williams, Sharon (Kent) Nease, and Gayla (Tony) Blazer; nieces and nephews, Bethanie Williams, Keary, Evan, and Greg Nease, Kyle and Levi Blazer; caregivers, Kristin Buckner, Kerri Johnson, Jennifer Kennedy, and Patience Templin along with other special Sunrise Community Services of Greeneville employees; and host of other family and friends. Funeral Services will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm prior to the services.
