Foster and Billie R. (Reagan) Foster-Kelly. He attended Gatlinburg-Pittman High School and was a long time employee for McDonalds on Hwy. 321. Robert was a quiet, peaceful man who loved Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Robert's proudest accomplishment was serving as a volunteer fireman for the Gatlinburg Fire Dept. from 1978 to 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents Scott R. Foster and Billie R. Kelly; grandparents, B.G. and Clellie Foster and Lewis P. and Ina Reagan. His survivors include: Sister: Cassie Slabbekorn Niece: Tamara Price Many cousins, relatives and close friends In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of the Smokies, PO Box 1660, Kodak, TN 37764-7660 The family will receive friends Monday from 5-7PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
