(Rick) & Sheila Kelch, of Waterloo, IL Daughter-in-law: Carolyn S. (Ann) Kelch, of Pigeon Forge, TN Grandsons: Eric Kelch & wife Leslie, of Pigeon Forge, TN David Kelch & wife Becky, of Chicago, IL Granddaughter: Heather A. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, Building Fund, 423 Airport Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, American Heart Association at Baptist Hospital, or The Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from 1-2:30pm Sunday at Atchley’s Smoky Mtn Chapel, 220 Emert Street, Pigeon Forge,TN.
