Caroline Lewelling Sexton, age 80 of Seymour, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Paul Sexton Sr., parents, Roy and Lela Lewelling, sisters, Louise Galyon and Gladys Myers, and brothers, Willie, Rich, A.J., Wade, and Bruce Lewelling.
Survivors:
Son: Hubert Sexton Jr. and wife Ronda
Daughter: Sheila Clabough and husband Randy
Grandchildren: Justin Sexton, Lesley Sexton, and Madison Clabough
Great-grandson: Matthew Sexton
Sisters: Grace and Jim Floyd, Ruth and Reece Parton, and Dorothy and Elmer Rogers
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dripping Springs Baptist Church, 2141 Dripping Springs Rd., Seymour, TN, 37865.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Rev. John Whitehead and Rev. Jimmy Miller officiating. Family and friends will meet 2 PM Thursday in Dripping Springs Cemetery for graveside service and interment.
