He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Haskell and Mae Branam Justus; son, Billy Ray Fox; grandparents, Martin and Jane Justus and Howard and Callie Branam; step-grandfather, Jessie Sweeten; and special cousin, Sharon Justus. Survivors include his sister, Drema Williams, of Newport; niece, Janie (Mike) Hartsell, of Talbott; nephews, Milburn Williams, of Newport, and Gary (Heather) Williams, of Sevierville. Additional survivors include several aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, and friends, including special friends, Vivian Lane, John Dale Ramsey, and Kenneth Mathis. Family and friends will meet at Huskey Cemetery at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2007, for the 1:00 p.m. graveside services with Delmar Williamson officiating. Interment will follow in Huskey Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the home of Drema Williams, 634 Upper Broad Street, Newport. Arrangements by Costner-Maloy.
