He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Willie Kate Vance; niece, Brenda Jane Franklin; granddog, Baylee. Jimmie is survived his loving wife of 50 years, Maedell Seller Vance; daughter, Tina Vance; nephew, Ronald Franklin; sister, Joann Patterson; and brothers, Ralph Vance and Larry Vance. The family will receive friends from 2 pm to 4 pm Saturday, August 6th with the memorial service to follow at 4 pm in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev.
