Betty J. Campbell, born August 21, 1930, in Metcalf Bottoms in the Smoky Mountains was a descendant of the Metcalf family. She was preceded in death by husband, Gordon Campbell; parents, Lee and Anna Lou Jennings; daughter, Carol Campbell; siblings, Wanda Campbell, Pink Jennings, Edith Jennings and twin infant brothers. She is survived by her children and spouses, Debbie and Donald McDonald, Susan and David Lahrs and Donna and Johnny McLemore; grandchildren, Christy McDonald, Brandon McDonald, Anna Lahrs and spouse Flavio Salas, Kaylie Carter and spouse Denny, Alexis Lahrs, Alisha Noble and spouse David, Travis McLemore and Macie McLemore; great grandchildren, Ryder Noble, Jayden McLemore; sister, Dorothy Lovin; brother, Dean Jennings; several nieces, nephews and her beloved dog, Teddy. Funeral service 8:00 pm Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Ronnie Reagan officiating. Graveside service and interment 11:00 am Friday at Hillcrest Baptist Church Cemetery.
