Glenn Ray Ford, 48, of Hartford, died Wednesday, July 28, at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Ford; brother, Abe Ford; and sister, Frances Ford.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia B. Ford of Hartford; son, Glenn Wesley Ford of Hartford; daughter, April Ford Smith of Sevierville; son-in-law, Rhett Cameron Smith of Sevierville; mother, Lula F. Williams; brother, Martin Lewis Ford, both of Hartford; sisters, Louise McGaha of Clinton, Carolyn Sue Ford of Hartford, and Janie R. Stokely of Cosby; special friend, Richard Coggins; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Blacks Chapel Church with Rev. Jerry Raines and Rev. Danny Green ofÞciating, with burial in the Ford Cemetery. The Lance Corporal Charles Roberts D.A.V. Chapter #102 will conduct the service.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday evening at Manes Funeral Home in the west chapel.
Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
