She was a member of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church since 1950. Nelle was preceded in death by parents, James Jackson Ivy and Margaret Russell Ivy; twelve siblings, husband B.L. Wrinkle and son, Gary Wrinkle. She is survived by nieces, nephews, and many greats. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Colonial Heights United Methodist Church 6321 Chapman Hwy. Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will meet at Knoxville National Cemetery on Wednesday at 11:00 AM for graveside services, Rev. Laura Rasor officiating.
