He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Ruthie Adams; six brothers; and granddaughters, Carol Adams, Frankie Adams, and Delana Adams. He is survived by his wife, Viola Adams; sister, Dorthy Collins; sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond and Delois Adams, Roger and Sheila Adams, Ralph Adams, and Dewey Adams; daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Fred Pace and Mary and Tommy Sutton; grandchildren, Brent and Candis Adams, Kristi and Herbie Frazier, Michael Adams, and Rodney Adams; step-grandchildren, Crystal Pace and Wendy and Joe Owensby; great-grandchildren, Isaac Adams and Allison Frazier; and also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the West Chapel of Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Ransom Hall and Rev. Billy Ball ofÞciating. Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday morning in the Shady Grove Cemetery with D.A.V. Lance Corporal Charles Roberts Chapter #102 ofÞciating.
