Lucille Ellen Gregory, 93, of Sevierville passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Atchley Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Memorial donations may also be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 2776 Bethel Church Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 PM Saturday, April 14th with the Celebration of Life service to follow at Bethel Baptist Church. Rev. David Newman will be officiating. Lucille Ellen (Howard) Gregory, age 93 of Sevierville, TN, passed away on March 9, 2018 in a tragic fire that took not only her precious life, but also the home she was raised in and lived in her entire life. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Lucille took great pleasure in tending garden and caring for her flowers and did so until she was no longer able. She enjoyed drinking coffee and visiting on the front porch of her home. She loved her family with her whole heart and she will be sorely missed. In Heaven she is reunited with parents W. Crockett and Josie Lee Howard, childhood sweetheart and husband of 57 years Connie W. Gregory, daughter Patricia Ann Branam, sister and brother-in-law Laverne and Ralph Newman, brothers Hugh and Ernest Howard, nephews Jimmy Newman and Hugh (Buddy) Howard II, daughter-in-law Sandra Gregory, and son-in-law Charles Wright.
Lucille is survived by:

Daughter: Janice Wright
Grandchildren: Rebecca and Amanda Branam, Crystal (Kenneth) Pritchard, Carl Walker, Tommy Joe and Tiffany Gregory, and Shane Wright
9 Great-Grandchildren including: Hannah, Nicholas, and Cade Branam, Sioux Taylor, Kenny Pritchard, and Joshua Gregory
Sister-in-law: Kathryn (Hugh) Odom Howard
Nieces and Nephews: Valerie (Gregory) Gass, Bobby (Rita) Newman, and David (Virginia) Newman
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 PM Saturday, April 14th with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at Bethel Baptist Church. Rev. David Newman will be officiating. Graveside service and inurnment will follow in Bethel Cemetery. The family hopes that those who knew Lucille will come and help them honor and remember this remarkable woman.
