He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Miley Phillips Seagle, brothers and sister-in-law, Glenn and Iris, Donald and Bobby Seagle, sisters, Gladys and Zelma Seagle, granddaughter, Becky Seagle, daughter-in-law, Debbie Seagle, brother-in-law, Leon Loope, and special friend Hubert Troutman. Survivors: Wife: Colleen Seagle; Sons: Billy Seagle and wife Judy, Donny Seagle and wife Norma, and Tom Seagle; Daughters: Diane Roach and husband Mark, Florence Tica Isidoro and husband Edward; Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren: Amber, Michael, Thomas and Hannah Knight, Sarah, Robert, Kristin, and Anna Owens, Heather and Bailey Thompson, Johnny and Martha Seagle, Arielle Thompson and Kamdyn Penley, Sara Roach and Gavin Perkey, Hope, Darren, Haven, and Hailey Helton; Sister: Dorothy Loope; Sister-in-law: Betty Seagle; Special friends: Pastor Ed Parton, Perry Smith, Bob Manes, Ray Sexton, Paul Jones, and Robert Williams.
