Vicki Lynn Ford Ticer, age 48, passed away on Sunday Morning, November 27, 2016. She was a member of Laurel Springs Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Herman and Algie Jenkins, and Fletcher and Irene Ford; nephew, Steven Valentine; uncle, Len Jenkins; and cousin who was like a brother, Doyle Ford. She is survived by her loving husband, Evan Ticer; son, Zackery Cole Webb; daughter, Ashleigh Morgan Ticer all of the home; parents, Edsel and Bobbie Ford; sisters, Peggy Holt and Sandie Valentine both of Cosby; brother, Steven (Teresa) Ford of Newport; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Janet Ticer and Lynn Buxbaum all of Memphis; brothers-in-law, Andy and Brandon Ticer of Memphis; sister-in-law, Kerry and Doug and family; special friend, Rene Allen Hannah; three dogs, Lucky, Lulu, and Butch; and several nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Laurel Springs Christian Church with Steven Johnson and Stephen Swann officiating. The body will lie in state from 10:00 am-11:00 am. Burial will follow in the Sutton Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home.
