He was a Korean War Veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served in the 61st Air Rescue Squadron and retired from Rohm-Haas after 35 years. Preceded in death by his wife Reba Toni Hall; son Craig Hall; parents J. Elmer Hall and Vetta Lett Hall. Survived by daughter Linda Hall Childress and son-in-law Michael Macinnis; grandchildren David Owens, Tomi Long and Whitley Hall; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters Elmarie Carter, Mary Evelyn Bright and Avanelle (Charles) Higgins; several nieces and nephews and several special friends from Rohm-Haas and special friend Rethie Manis. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Dennis Blazier and Rev. Mark McCoig officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:45 Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery for 2:00 pm interment. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
