Massey, Lena Clifton, age 77, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was a member of Seven Islands Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, William and Eula Clifton; husband, Rev. Taylor Massey; brothers, Fred and Bud Clifton; sisters, Grace Ogle, Edna Smith, Herma Henderson, Ella Mae Jones, Willie Joyce Pratt, and Kathleen Clifton.
Survivors
Brother, Charles Clifton; daughters, Cindy Dalton and Jill McAllister; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Service
Funeral service Friday, 8:00 PM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Eddie Kitts and Rev. Gene Wood officiating. Family and friends will meet at Seven Islands Cemetery Saturday for 10:00 AM graveside services. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
