He was a born again believer and member of New Hopewell Baptist Church. Glenn was a graduate of Young High School class of 1963 and a veteran of the 134th Refueling Group of The USAF. He made thousands of friends during his life time, but will be remembered by many as owner of Haynes Excavating and Knoxville Trailer Service and his lifelong love of being a rabbit hunter. He lived his life with integrity and zest. He laughed often and heartily. He loved his family with a passion and his friends deeply and was continually amazed that he had so many.
