Beloved husband of Judith F. Ulery- Wilkins; loving father of Jackie (Mike) Bice, Wendy (Jeff) Young, Vikki (Fabian) Garcia; loving stepfather of Darby Ulery and Lacey Ulery; beloved Dee-Daddy to William (Ashley) Bice, Cameron Wilkins, Ryan Nelligan, Samantha Young, and Lakin Garcia; great grandfather to Autumn, Liam and Madelyn Bice; beloved father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Preceded in death by first wife Brenda (Lakin) Wilkins; sisters Judith McDaniel and Mary Jo Miller. Brudgie was a long time fighter for Union Rights for the Aluminum Brick and Glass Workers and the U.S. Steel Workers. Brudgie was a loyal fan of the Tennessee Volunteers! He was also known for his outstanding ability in playing football, baseball, softball, basketball, and golf. He had three "holes in one" and always tried for another! At a very young age Brudgie belonged to the "Knoxville Bugs Bunny Club" and won a bicycle in a Yo-Yo contest. Brudgie's wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P. M., Wednesday, April 24, at Halifax Health Hospice, 3800 Woodbriar Tr., Port Orange, FL 32129. (386)322-4701. Interment and graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, April 28, at Glenwood Cemetery, in Knoxville, TN.
