Rush Parrott, age 81 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville, and was a lifetime deacon. Rush was an Army Veteran and served in Korea.
He was a member of the Sevierville-Sevier County Volunteer Fire Department for 42 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Parrott; son, Tommy D. Parrott, parents Victor and Pearl Parrott, brother, Cline Parrott, nephew, Kevin McCarter
His survivors include:

Sons: Bill Parrott and wife Sonya, Jimmy Parrott
Grandson: James Parrott and wife Sara

Funeral service 2PM Saturday at First Baptist Church, Sevierville with Rev. Dan Spencer officiating. Interment will follow in Alder Branch Cemetery.
