HALE, Callie Lee, age 94 of Maryville, passed away Monday, June 20, 2005, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Maryville and was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar O. Hale; daughter, Betty Lou Hale; son, Jimmy Hale; parents, Lon and Ella Brewer; sister, Zalla Patty; brothers, John, Bill, Andy, Alvin, Joe, Lon and Bruce.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lee and Hewell Davis of Townsend; daughter, Glenda Turner of Maryville; grandchildren, Sharon Shooter and husband Paul of Maryville, Mike Davis and wife Becky of Atlanta, Jeffery Davis and wife Alisa of Nashville, Thomas Turner of Knoxville and Bill Turner of Maryville; great grandchildren, Jonathan Sooter, Stephanie Davis, Corey Davis, Meredith Davis and Ethan Davis.
Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service with Rev. Danny Davis officiating.
