Survivors include: Wife of 69 years, Lela M. Parker England; Son & Daughter-in-law, James & Phyllis England; Daughter & Son-in-law, Charlotte & Wayne Lackey of Rome, GA; Grandchildren, Melissa & Noah Russell, Christy & Scott Kilby, Susan Hiott, Steven & Amy Lackey; Nine Great-Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-law, Raymond & Orena England; Half Brother, Ray Green; several nieces and nephews; Special friends, Pete, Hilda & Mark Presley and Phil & Debbie Dunn.
