June Greene Hardin, age 86, of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center. A member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, she also attended Sugar Loaf Baptist Church. June’s favorite pastimes included gardening, reading, and visiting with friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. and Ada Jane Tarwater Pickle, husband Imal Greene, daughters Glenda and Judy, husband Clyde Hardin, and brother Wesley Pickle.
Survivors:
Nieces: Frances Pickle Harper and Janie Pickle Porter and families
Nephews: Robert and William Pickle and families
Sisters-in-law: Rachel Pickle, Evelyn Greene Arnold, and Jean Greene Stevens and her daughters, Linda Currie and Susie Dillion and families
Children and grandchildren of Clyde Hardin Special friends: Patsy Rogers, Frances Hardin, and Mitchell Collins family
Funeral service 2 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville with Rev. Benny Flynn officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12-2 PM Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Memorials may be made to Sugar Loaf Baptist Church or to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
