He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Josephine Holt Luttrell, of Newport; son, Joseph “Joe” Luttrell, and wife, Lisa, of Louisville, Ky.; daughters, Pamela Wines, of Newport, and Cindy White and husband, Rodney, of Knoxville; brothers, Jerry, Johnny, and Charles Luttrell; one sister, Helen; five grandchildren; and also a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2004, at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Bobby Samples officiating, with burial in Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Manes Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to Joe Luttrell, in care of Newport Federal Bank, P.O.
